Praise the Lord, Chosen Women!
Today all over the world believers are observing Good Friday. Good Friday is observed the Friday before Easter. It is a time that we commemorate the sufferings of our Lord, and His death upon the cross. Many spend time in this season fasting and praying. Our church will actually spend the week of Passover (April 7th -- 13th) having nightly prayer and Bible Study, concluding with Communion and Foot Washing on Sunday, April 15th. Spending time reflecting upon the incomparable price our Savior paid for our salvation can only cause us to love and appreciate Him more. When we consider what our future would have been without His plan and sacrifice, we would be people most miserable. INSTEAD WE HAVE A HOPE!
